Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton has the highest ski vertical in Pennsylvania, 1,082 feet, with 40 trails on 171 acres, night skiing, and what it calls the biggest snow tubing park in the country, with up to 56 lanes. Spring through fall it turns into a lift-served bike park and the Summit Adventure Park, with ropes courses, a zipline and scenic chairlift rides.
There's no hotel on the mountain, so a rental home is the way to stay. Our Albrightsville and Lake Harmony homes are the closest of ours.
