This three-bedroom, two-bath home sits in Towamensing Trails in Albrightsville, a private, wooded community built around a 190-acre lake. It sleeps up to 10 and suits families and small groups who want a four-season Poconos rental with a hot tub, a well-stocked game room and community amenities to fill the summer days.
The two-story layout is open, so the kitchen, dining table and breakfast bar all connect to the living area, where a propane fireplace takes the chill off in winter. Three flat-screen TVs, central air and heat, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace cover the everyday needs. The kitchen comes with an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and a few fun extras like a donut maker and a juicer. Bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two a queen, and bedroom three a queen plus a twin, and the en-suite bath includes a soaking tub. The game room doubles as a sleepover space with two futons and a pullout sofa, along with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, a basketball arcade game, an infinity table and a wall-mounted Connect 4.
Outside, there is a private hot tub, furnished porches front and back for coffee or an evening drink, a charcoal grill and a roomy yard. Community amenity badges open up the pool, a private beach, a stocked lake with boat rentals, tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts, a playground and a clubhouse with a snack bar.
The drive times are short: Pocono Whitewater Rafting and Hawk Falls are about 7 minutes, downtown Lake Harmony 8, Big Boulder 11, Hickory Run State Park 12, Jack Frost and historic Jim Thorpe about 17, Kalahari 25 and Camelback 29. The driveway fits up to four vehicles. If you plan to bring a pet, check the current policy with the host first.

Registration: Your host submits your signed registration to the Towamensing Trails office at least 72 hours before check-in.
- Badges. 8 badges come with the home; a lost set costs $100. Extra summer day wristbands $10 per person per day.
- Quiet hours 11 PM to 7:30 AM, cited with no warning.
- No fireworks or firearm discharge (citation with no warning).
- Vehicles must match the township permit; driveway parking only.
- You can't bring your own boats or rafts. PA fishing license for ages 16+.
