This newly renovated four-bedroom, three-bath home in Lake Harmony sits on a four-acre property and sleeps up to 12. It is a strong fit for multigenerational families, since it is wheelchair-friendly and has a chair lift to the upper floor, and it is a fun one for groups too, with a custom movie room, a speakeasy-style bar and a private hot tub.
The home covers roughly 2,769 square feet over three levels. The main floor holds the living room, a mountain-themed primary bedroom, the fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for group meals. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, each with its own theme, plus another bathroom. Air conditioning, heat, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace come standard, and toys are on hand for younger guests.
The lower level is where the fun is. There is a poker table and a pool table, a custom-built movie room for family film nights, and the speakeasy bar that tends to become the group's favorite spot in the evening. That level also has the third bathroom, a powder room and the washer and dryer. Outdoors, a brand-new hot tub and a fire pit set the scene for relaxed nights, and a picture wall gives you a ready-made spot for the trip photo. A BBQ area covers grilling.
Lake Harmony and Big Boulder skiing are both within about 15 minutes, so this Lake Harmony vacation home works as well for a summer week as it does for a ski weekend. Parking is free on the property. Pets are welcome here, so you can plan a Poconos trip without boarding the dog.
