Pool, Hot Tub, Game Room, Secluded, and More!
About this home
The Stonebrook Chalet is a four-bedroom, two-bath Albrightsville home on a large wooded lot, set well back from a quiet local road for real privacy. It sleeps up to 14 and is made for families and groups who want a private in-ground pool with a slide, a hot tub on the back deck and one of the more complete game rooms you will find in a Poconos vacation rental.
The living room is the showpiece, with a floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace, a live-edge mantel, vaulted pine ceilings with exposed beams and hardwood floors. The kitchen has granite counters, a big island with stools, stainless appliances including a wall oven, a dual Keurig, and children's dishes and a wooden high chair, and the dining table seats eight. On the first floor, one bedroom has a queen bed and another has two twins plus a toddler bed. Upstairs, the king bedroom adds a leather sleeper sofa and a TV, and the open loft has a desk and a queen sleeper sofa. The basement bedroom has a queen bed and a camo mural wall, with one more queen sleeper sofa in the game room.
That basement game room holds a full-size pool table, a Joola ping pong table, foosball, giant Connect Four, giant chess, a beer pong table, a two-player Pac-Man arcade and a bar with five stools and a TV, plus a library of more than 20 board games. Outdoors, the fenced pool area with patio furniture is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the back deck has the hot tub and two dining tables, and there is a fire pit, a covered side porch and an enclosed front porch.
Spruce Ridge Reindeer Farm is about a minute away, Skirmish Paintball about 4 minutes, Big Boulder 14, Pocono Raceway 16 and downtown Jim Thorpe 23, with Camelback and Kalahari both a little over half an hour. The yard is fenced, there is a separate fenced dog area, the driveway has ample parking, and pets are welcome.
