This newly built four-bedroom, three-bath home is in the wooded Towamensing Trails community of Albrightsville, minutes from the community's 190-acre lake. It sleeps up to 12 and is laid out for groups who want space to spread out, with a private hot tub, a combined game room and gym, and lake and pool access through the community.
Bedroom one is a king suite with its own bath and a large shower with a bench, bedroom two has another king, bedroom three has a twin-over-full bunk plus an extra twin, and bedroom four has two full beds. Every bedroom has a Roku TV, and a pack-n-play and high chair are provided for little ones. The living room centers on a gas fireplace with a Roku TV, and a loft with a second TV gives the kids or the night owls a place of their own. Central air and heat, ceiling fans, a work desk, board games and puzzles, and a double vanity in every bathroom add to the comfort. The kitchen comes with cookware, serving pieces, small appliances, a coffee pot, a Keurig and a kettle, with plenty of room to prep a holiday dinner.
Downstairs, the game room and gym has a pool table, ping pong, a putting mat, a washer toss game, workout equipment with yoga mats and a mini fridge. Outside, the hot tub, screened porch, open deck, outdoor dining areas and gas grill make it easy to spend evenings out in the woods.
Amenity badges for the community open up the lake, the beach, a seasonal outdoor pool, basketball, volleyball, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground and a clubhouse with a lounge and restaurant. Skiing, hiking, waterparks and shopping are all close by. The driveway fits up to four cars and there is a washer and dryer. If you plan to bring a dog, confirm the current pet policy with the host before you book.

Registration: Your host submits your signed registration to the Towamensing Trails office at least 72 hours before check-in.
- Badges. 8 badges come with the home; a lost set costs $100. Extra summer day wristbands $10 per person per day.
- Quiet hours 11 PM to 7:30 AM, cited with no warning.
- No fireworks or firearm discharge (citation with no warning).
- Vehicles must match the township permit; driveway parking only.
- You can't bring your own boats or rafts. PA fishing license for ages 16+.
