Woodland Ramada is a brand-new build in Albrightsville's Towamensing Trails community, made for big groups who want everything under one roof. With six bedrooms, four bathrooms and space for up to sixteen guests, it can handle a reunion or several families at once. The hot tub, barrel sauna and private cinema room lead a long list of extras, and community access adds a lake and beach just down the road.
The interior is fully furnished with a designer touch, central air and heat, an electric fireplace and smart TVs in every bedroom and living space. The chef's kitchen has an island with stools, a Keurig, blender, Instant Pot, waffle maker, juicer and the full set of baking and grilling tools. Upstairs, a loft bar comes stocked with mixing supplies. Bedrooms include two with king beds, one of which is a suite with its own full bath, three with queen beds and a room with a double bunk bed, plus an oversized couch in the living room.
Fun is spread across the house. The game room has a three-in-one ping-pong and pool table, a Pac-Man machine and a stack of board games. The cinema room has theater-style recliners, bean bag chairs, a popcorn machine and a PlayStation 5. Outside, the six-person hot tub and four-person barrel sauna are the evening ritual, the Blackstone grill handles dinner and the open wraparound deck and porch have both seating and outdoor dining tables.
Towamensing Trails gives guests access to a 190-acre lake and beach, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, a community center and a restaurant. Skiing, hiking, waterparks and shopping in the Poconos are all close by. Gigabit Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace and free parking make longer stays easy. Registration: Your host submits your signed registration to the Towamensing Trails office at least 72 hours before check-in.
- Badges. 8 badges come with the home; a lost set costs $100. Extra summer day wristbands $10 per person per day.
- Quiet hours 11 PM to 7:30 AM, cited with no warning.
- No fireworks or firearm discharge (citation with no warning).
- Vehicles must match the township permit; driveway parking only.
- You can't bring your own boats or rafts. PA fishing license for ages 16+.
