This fully remodeled lakehouse sits on South Lake Drive in Lake Harmony, about 250 feet from the water, and it is built for big gatherings: six bedrooms plus a loft, four full baths, and room for up to 22 guests. It works especially well for two or three families traveling together, thanks to a separate back section with its own living space. Add a hot tub, a fire pit and a full bar with a pool table and shuffleboard, and you have one of the more complete group homes near Lake Harmony.
The layout is the standout. The main house has multiple living areas and a full kitchen, while the back entrance leads to a self-contained wing with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom and a propane fireplace that can warm that whole side of the house on cold nights. Everyone can share meals and game nights, then retreat to their own corner. Each room has its own heating and cooling controls, so no one has to fight over the thermostat.
Entertainment is centered on the bar area, where the pool table and shuffleboard keep both kids and adults busy, and a propane heater keeps the game room comfortable in cooler months. Outside, there is a grilling area, a fire pit for s'mores and late conversations, and a hot tub for soaking after a day on the water or the mountain.
Being this close to the lake is a real advantage: you can walk to the shoreline in a few minutes, and Nick's Lake House, Piggy's and other spots on South Lake Drive are about a three-minute walk. Skiing and snowboarding in winter and hiking and biking in warmer months are all within reach. Free parking, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and a washer and dryer round out the practical side, and two exterior cameras face the driveway. Pets are not listed as allowed, so check with the host before planning to bring one.
