5BR Game House: Hot Tub, Tiki Bar & Lake Access
About this home
This renovated five-bedroom, three-bath home in Blakeslee, Pennsylvania, is made for groups that like to play. It sleeps up to 12 and brings together two separate game rooms, a hot tub, a kids playroom and a big backyard gazebo with an outdoor bar setup, while the community lake and beach are only a few minutes' walk down the street. If you want a Poconos rental with hot tub near Jack Frost that keeps every age busy, this one fits.
Inside, the modern living room has a 65-inch TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime for movie nights. The kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave and a granite counter with four barstools, and the dining table seats eight and stretches to ten. The first game room offers ping pong, pool and a PlayStation 4 beside a grass accent wall; the second has air hockey, a poker setup and a full-body massage chair with Bluetooth speakers. Fast Wi-Fi runs throughout.
Out back, a floating deck leads to an extra-large gazebo with outdoor dining, a sofa set big enough for the group, a built-in cooler and string lights for the evenings. A five-burner gas grill handles cookouts, the fire pit is ready for nights under the stars, and a hammock fits two.
The community lake is a short walk or a 30-second drive, with a swimming beach, a fishing pier, picnic tables and grills, and it is open for swimming and kayaking from Memorial Day through September 30. Two kayaks with wheel trolleys come with the house. In winter, Jack Frost is close for skiing, and the area also offers wineries, hiking, ziplining, Mohegan Sun Casino, Pocono Raceway and The Crossings outlets. Wawa, a diner, a supermarket and other shops are a few minutes' drive. Pets are allowed, parking is free, and there is a dedicated workspace.
