The Happy House is a newly built four-bedroom, two-bath home in the Towamensing Trails community of Albrightsville, set up for families of up to 12 and thoughtfully stocked for kids. A large hot tub, a primary suite with a steam shower and a game room packed with options are the main draws, and the home comes with community access to a lake, pool and courts.
Inside, there are several places to settle in: a living room, a media room and a cozy den with a gas fireplace, plus an electric fireplace elsewhere in the home. A Sonos sound system runs throughout with zone control, and Roku smart TVs are in every room, with a Nintendo Switch for gamers. The coffee bar has a Ninja coffee and espresso machine, and a dry bar comes with cocktail tools. The game room has a pool table, foosball, ping pong, mini air hockey, a chess table, an arcade machine, a giant Connect 4 and a mini fridge.
Beds total two kings, three fulls and a twin. The primary suite has a king bed, the steam shower, a reading and nursing nook, a crib and its own balcony with sun loungers. Parents will appreciate the pack 'n play, high chair, safety gates, kids' dining sets and books. Outdoors, a large private deck has dining tables and a gas grill, a covered porch has rocking chairs, and lawn games include cornhole and ring toss. Beach gear, including eight chairs, a cooler and sand toys, is ready for the community beach.
Towamensing Trails amenities include the lake, a seasonal pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, a community center and a restaurant. Skiing, hiking, waterparks and shopping are all a short drive away. The home has central air and heat, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer and free parking. Outdoor fires are not allowed in the community. The home is stocked with dog bowls and supplies, but pet rules vary by listing, so confirm with the host before bringing a dog.

Registration: Your host submits your signed registration to the Towamensing Trails office at least 72 hours before check-in.
- Badges. 8 badges come with the home; a lost set costs $100. Extra summer day wristbands $10 per person per day.
- Quiet hours 11 PM to 7:30 AM, cited with no warning.
- No fireworks or firearm discharge (citation with no warning).
- Vehicles must match the township permit; driveway parking only.
- You can't bring your own boats or rafts. PA fishing license for ages 16+.
