You are who you say you are
A government ID matched to the owner or manager of record, or proof of your authority to manage the home.
Your rental is legal
A current township short-term rental permit or license, where your township requires one.
Your listing is accurate
Real photos, accurate amenities and clear house rules. Listings that mislead guests are removed.
You handle your guests
You manage your own rental agreement, payments, check-in and guest questions. We pass along requests; we're not a party to your rentals.
