A cinema room, two game rooms, a hot tub and a barrel sauna mean nobody runs out of things to do, rain or shine. It is a strong fit for families with kids and teens, or friend groups who want lake time by day and movie nights after dark.
Bedroom one is the bunk room, with three bunk beds (two twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full) and a pull-out couch. Bedroom two has a king bed with an en suite bath and its own washer and dryer, and bedrooms three and four each have a queen and a full bed. Upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans, smart TVs are found throughout, and an electric fireplace warms the living space. The granite kitchen comes with a dual Keurig, blender, Instant Pot, toaster, baking tools and spices, and there is a separate coffee and wine bar.
The cinema room pairs a 100-inch TV and soundbar with seven lounge chairs. The downstairs game room has two arcade machines, air hockey and foosball, and the upstairs loft holds a full-size pool table and a TV. Outside, the large second-story deck has a propane fireplace and outdoor dining for the whole group, the hot tub fits six and the sauna fits four, and there is a grill and a fenced backyard. A playground sits right next to the home.
Towamensing Trails adds a lake, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a community center and a restaurant. Jack Frost and Big Boulder are about 10 minutes away, Jack Frost National Golf Course about 20, and Camelback and historic Jim Thorpe about 30.
