If your group likes to play, the Poconos have public courts in Tannersville and East Stroudsburg, an indoor tennis and pickleball club in East Stroudsburg, and resort courts at Shawnee you can use with a day pass.
Several lake communities where our homes are located also have their own courts for renters with passes. Rules and fees change, so check with your host before you pack the paddles.
