This renovated A-frame sits on a quiet wooded lot in Pocono Lake, within the Locust Lake Village community in Tobyhanna Township, and it is sized just right for a family or small group of up to six. Two bedrooms and one full bath keep things simple, while a six-seat hot tub and a stone fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs give you two easy reasons to spend evenings outside. For anyone searching for a cozy Pocono Lake vacation home with a hot tub, it is a strong fit.
The main living room is open and bright, with a large modular sectional, a solid wood coffee table and a smart TV for streaming. The kitchen was redone from the ground up with quartz counters, new cabinets, a farmhouse sink, a stainless French-door refrigerator, an electric range, a dishwasher and both a drip coffee maker and a pod machine. Two stools at the island and a round table for four handle meals. Off to the side, a beamed den with a second sofa, lounge chairs and an electric fireplace with a white stone surround makes a quieter hangout. Note that the small wood stove in the main living room is not for guest use; the electric fireplace in the den is the one to enjoy.
Sleeping is split across two levels. Upstairs, under vaulted beamed ceilings, the king bedroom has a work desk and sliding doors to a private balcony over the trees, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. On the main level, a trundle with two twin mattresses in the den adds space for two more. The remodeled bathroom has a walk-in glass shower with a teak bench and a marble-top vanity.
Outside you will find the hot tub on its own gravel patio, the wood-burning fire pit, a wraparound deck and a private paved driveway with plenty of parking. The location is central for Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Camelback, Kalahari, Mount Airy Casino, Lake Harmony restaurants, Hickory Run State Park and Pocono Raceway, all a short drive away. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, window air conditioning and baseboard heat are included. Pets are not listed as allowed, so confirm with the host before booking with an animal.

Locust Lake Village community rules
Registration: Your host pre-registers everyone 12 and older and every vehicle before arrival. Minimum stay 2 nights.
- Rental registration: $35 per stay. Charged to the owner; your host may pass it on.
- Wristbands. Required for ages 12+; they stay at the house ($25 to replace). Day guests $5 per person plus $10 per car.
- Quiet time 11 PM to 8 AM.
- Fireworks: $300 fine, then $600, no warning.
- 25 MPH, 10 MPH near lakes; no renter golf carts or ATVs.
- Call the Rangers (570-646-3532) before any campfire.
- Renters can't bring their own boats.
