The great room sets the tone, with vaulted ceilings, tall windows, a stone fireplace, a large sectional and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has room for the whole group and looks out on the trees, and the fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave for cooking at home. The primary suite offers a queen bed, an extra trundle daybed, generous closets and its own full bathroom. Two more bedrooms share the second full bath, and the loft upstairs adds a sofa bed with a view down to the living room below.
The entertainment area is where rainy days get rescued. It has foosball, a pool table, darts and cornhole, plus a seating area with its own TV and fireplace for game day. Outside, the stone fire pit is surrounded by colorful Adirondack chairs, the covered hot tub is ready year-round, and both charcoal and propane grills sit near a large elevated deck with seating for outdoor meals. Toys are on hand for the kids.
Arrowhead Lakes makes a good starting point for skiing, hiking, fishing and other Pocono attractions in the area. The home also has a laundry area with a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, central climate control, a dedicated workspace and driveway parking for several vehicles. Arrowhead Lake community rules
Registration: Your host registers you at least 3 days before check-in (a $100 late fee applies inside 3 days, and registration isn't accepted less than 1 day before arrival). Minimum stay 2 nights.
- Temporary membership (ages 6+): $8.5 per person per night. $8.50 per person per night in season (late May to early September), $2 off season.
- Transaction fee: $20 per stay
- Gate card or code: $20. $20 per vehicle.
- Quiet hours from 9 PM Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM Friday and Saturday.
- Fireworks: zero tolerance, $500 fine.
- 15 MPH unless posted.
- Boats: electric trolling motors only. Fishing needs a PA license (16+) and your ALCA ID.
