A bright three-level chalet on a quiet cul-de-sac corner lot in Penn Estates, about 90 minutes from New York City or Philadelphia. Lower Twin Lake's community beach is about a 10-minute walk, and the community center (outdoor pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts) is half a mile away. Camelback and local restaurants are a short drive.
The lower-level game room has a pool table, ping pong, foosball, professional darts and board games, plus a king bedroom, a full bathroom and an infrared sauna. The main floor has a primary bedroom with two queen beds and a jetted tub under a skylight. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms (one with a private deck) and a loft with a sofa bed. There's a full bathroom on every floor.
Outside: a grill on the covered back porch, a screened porch for meals, and Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Fast Wi-Fi, three smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen and smart-lock self check-in.

Penn Estates community rules
Registration: Your host registers every guest, pet and vehicle with Penn Estates at least 3 days before you arrive, with a signed lease. Visitors must be registered with the Welcome Center.
- Amenity passes. Seasonal passes bought by the owner, one per guest.
- Quiet hours 11 PM to 7 AM.
- No fireworks or hunting; no firearms on common areas.
- 25 MPH; display the dated vehicle pass.
- Boats: oars, sails, paddles or electric motors only.

- Before you leave: start the dishwasher, and bag the trash and take it to the bear box. The host's team handles the rest.
