A recently renovated 3-bedroom home on quiet Whitetail Lane in Emerald Lakes, a five-minute walk from East Emerald and Ramot Lakes. Fresh paint and new furniture throughout, plus finished basement guest quarters with a new queen memory-foam bed.
The basement is the game room: pool table, table tennis, air hockey, foosball and a multi-game arcade. Outside there's a year-round heated inground pool, hot tub, outdoor sauna, a fire pit under string lights and a grill, all on a private lot with a vacant parcel next door. The driveway fits five cars.
Guests can use the Emerald Lakes Association amenities (lake beaches, pools and courts) with ELA amenity passes: $20 per person for one day up to $50 per person for seven days, paid by PayPal or Venmo.

Emerald Lakes community rules
Registration: Your host registers your stay with the Emerald Lakes Association at least 24 hours before arrival.
- Amenity badges (beaches, pools, courts, boat rentals). Per person: $20 for 1 day up to $50 for 7 days; age 2 and under free. Optional, only if you use the amenities.
- Quiet time 10 PM to 8 AM; noise fines from $250.
- No fireworks, firearms, bows, paintball or BB guns ($750 fine).
- No open fires; fire pits need a screened cover.
- Driveway parking only; 25 MPH; no ATVs or snowmobiles.
- Boats: electric trolling motors only, registered at the office ($10). Fishing is catch and release with a $15 ELA permit plus a PA license for ages 16+.

Typical house rules
- Check-in 4:00 PM · Checkout 10:00 AM · Quiet hours 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
- The host's signed rental agreement and a photo ID are required
- No parties, events or fireworks · No smoking within 25 ft
- Before you leave: start the dishwasher, and bag the trash and take it to the bear box. The host's team handles the rest.
