Her real estate background gives her a deep understanding of homes, owners and what buyers and guests look for. Questions
Who qualifies?
Two separate things. The offer: any owner whose home is inside the Penn Estates boundary qualifies, and the address check confirms only that. Renting it out: that's up to your township, not us. In Penn Estates, short-term rentals are only allowed in the Stroud Township section, and each home needs a Stroud Township short-term rental permit. We review every listing before it goes live, but getting and keeping the permit, and following the community's rules, is the owner's job. The free trial is for new members, once per owner and once per home.
Do I pay anything today?
Not on the Essential plan: you add a card, pay $0 today, and the plan renews at $349 a year when the 6-month trial ends. We email you about a week before. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. On the other plans you pay the discounted first year today.
When do the 6 free months start?
The day you sign up, and they end on the same date 6 months later (or that month's last day, if it's shorter). Your plan then renews automatically at $349 for the year unless you cancel first.
Can I keep my home on Airbnb or Vrbo?
Yes. Keep Airbnb, Vrbo, your manager or your own website. We're an extra source of direct booking requests, and your calendar syncs from them so booked dates show as unavailable here.
Does this combine with other discounts?
No. The Penn Estates Founders offer replaces the $100 launch discount and the $50 referral discount. If another owner referred you, they still get credit for it.
What does it cost after the offer?
Each plan renews at its regular yearly price: Essential $349, Plus $499, Premier $649, Spotlight $999. No commissions and no booking fees, ever.
My address didn't match. What now?
The boundary lookup can miss new or unusual addresses. Email hello@vacationrentalspoconos.com or call (570) 580-9500 and we'll check it by hand.
