The living room pairs a new couch with surround sound and a smart TV with a Roku stick and cable. Next door, a gaming room has an Xbox One for console fans and also holds the laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with non-stick PFOA-free cookware, a Sonos Bluetooth speaker and s'mores ingredients for the fire pit, and the dining room seats eight.
The game room is the big surprise: a pool table, table tennis, foosball and three arcade machines, Mortal Kombat, The Simpsons and Pac-Man. The bedrooms are upstairs with new linens, pillows, towels and comforters, and the host can provide a window air conditioner and a standalone unit on request.
Out back, an outdoor lounge and dining area leads to a six-person hot tub, then to a private gazebo with another Sonos speaker and room for cornhole, Jenga and bocce. The home is part of the Stillwater Lake community, whose pool, beach, lakes and courts are available to guests through separate community wristbands.
